Planting the Seed is an intimate panel talk for women who have thought about starting something of their own but never quite dared to take the first step. Maybe no one ever showed you it was possible. Maybe you didn’t know where to start. Or maybe you just needed someone to say, “You can.”

This evening is a soft entry into the world of female entrepreneurship, small businesses, creative projects, and community building. Through real and personal stories from women who chose to build something on their own terms, we’ll create a space for honesty, courage, and inspiration without hustle culture or pressure.

In Germany, business ownership is rarely shown as an option for women. Role models are few and systems are slow to change. This event is here to shift that. To make the idea of starting your own thing feel possible, personal, and empowering.
