Take a gentle pause from the outside world and reconnect with your heart in this calming cacao ritual. Together, we’ll open with the sacred medicine of cacao, honoring its ancient roots and healing wisdom.

Cacao is rich in antioxidants and known to support heart-opening, clarity, and presence. Through breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and intention setting, we’ll soften into the moment and awaken a deeper sense of connection within.

The ceremony will end with a soothing sound bath using Tibetan bowls and a reflective sharing circle where you can simply be held in community.
