About the event
A Sunday afternoon to move, sweat, take up space and talk honestly about what confidence actually looks like.
We’re joining Nicci at Hot Aura for a special Offline Girls session built around one idea: finding your power.
We’ll begin with Nicci’s rhythm-driven HOT barre class, designed to help you tap into your strength, energy and confidence. Set to a soundtrack of powerhouse female artists, expect a dynamic mix of barre, strength and sculpting sequences where the music drives the room.
Then we’ll slow things down.
Instead of a formal panel or talk, we’ll come together for an open conversation with the girls in the room around confidence, taking up space and owning your voice.
What does taking up space actually mean to you?
